Direct Support Professional
$18.00/hr

Job Duties: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will help 1-5 amazing people live their best lives.

Flex Direct Support Professional
$21.00 - $24.00/hr (DOE)

Retirement Plan:
American Funds: This is a SEP-IRA, to be eligible you have to work for the company for 3 yrs, once signed up RWC calculates 5% of their gross income to add to their account (there is not any out of pocket expense to the employee it is completely paid by the company). Once the employee is enrolled the account stays with them even after termination.

Life Insurance that includes Long Term Disability and Accidental Death:
Lifemap: Packages are free to the employee unless they choose Kaiser Added Choice or add a spouse/child to the plans. When an employee adds dependents, there is a payroll deduction. This requires the employee to work 60 days at full time hours (30 per week/130 per month). Then they are eligible the 1st of the following month. To remain on the insurance, the employee needs to maintain the 30 hours per week.
